We primarily focus on property valuation, advisory, and disposition services. We ensure the property is presented to the market through one of two ways:

1) Competitive Bidding Process: The property is distributed to prospective buyers for a period of 30 days. At the end of this period, a “call for offers” is scheduled with prospective buyers that have interest in bidding. After initial offers, a “best and final round” round of bidding is scheduled to ensure the best possible Price, Deposit, and Closing schedule is achieved.

2) Negotiated Sale: The property is presented to a selection of the most likely prospective buyers.

During the marketing process, we keep our clients informed by providing a weekly marketing report highlighting CA activity, number of tours given or scheduled, and market feedback from prospective buyers.
